  • Do You Offer Discounts?

    Yes. North County Sports Academy offers a 10% sibling discount for camps, as well as 10% discounts for military members, first responders, and teachers/educators.


    Military, first responder, and teacher/educator discounts apply to all programs. Documentation is required, and discounts cannot be combined.

  • Do You Offer Scholarships?

    Scholarships are available through the NCSA Foundation. Scholarship funds may be applied toward any North County Sports Academy program.


    An application and financial documentation are required for eligibility consideration.

  • What Is Your Refund Policy?

    All sales are final and non-refundable. In certain situations, account credits may be issued at the discretion of North County Sports Academy.


    Please note that third-party funding sources are responsible for the full program cost.

  • Where Do You Offer Private & Semi-Private Lessons?

    Private and semi-private lessons may be offered at public parks, private homes, select community centers when available for basketball, and Vicarious Athletics for baseball and softball upon request.

  • Do You Offer At-Home Training?

    Yes. North County Sports Academy offers convenient in-home training for private and semi-private lessons.

  • How Many Lessons Do I Need to Schedule Each Week?

    Participants enrolled in a private lesson package are required to complete a minimum of one lesson per week.

  • What Is Your Cancellation Policy?

    North County Sports Academy requires at least 12 hours’ notice by text message to cancel or reschedule a lesson.


    Cancellations made with less than 12 hours’ notice may result in the lesson being forfeited.

  • Do You Work With the San Diego Regional Center?

    Yes. North County Sports Academy proudly works with the San Diego Regional Center and welcomes Regional Center participants in its programs.


    Please contact the San Diego Regional Center directly for additional information about enrollment and funding options.

  • Can Scholarship Funds Be Used for Any Program?

    Yes. Scholarship funds through the NCSA Foundation may be applied toward any North County Sports Academy program, depending on eligibility and available funding.

  • Are Program Locations the Same for Every Sport?

    No. Program locations vary by sport, format, and availability. Private and semi-private lessons may take place at parks, private homes, select community centers, or Vicarious Athletics for baseball and softball upon request.
